1. What payment methods I can chose from?

We accept multiple payment methods like Debit/Credit cards, PayTM, Net Banking, and also COD. 

 

2. Can I Modify/Cancel my order?

Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched. Read the Shipping and returns policies for in detail information. Get in touch with us at info@vaarihome.com immediately in case of order change/return.

 

3. Can I place bulk orders?

Yes, we request you to get in touch with us at info@vaarihome.com.

 

4. Can international orders be placed?

We are working on it and soon you will be able to place international orders as well. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. How can I track my orders?

You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found in 'My Account' section on the website. Login with your account to check the same.

 

2. How do i know if an item is eligible for return?

We adopt a 15-day return policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. It can be returned only in case product is received as damaged. If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself. COD orders are not returnable.

 

3. What about my my money after I return my order? 

You will get a store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products. Please note, Cash on Delivery, Loyalty reward points, and shipping charges are not refundable.

 

4. How long it will take for my order to be delivered?

We try to ship the product as soon as it is ordered. It may take 1- 7 business days for your order to be delivered as per the location. 

 

5. Is there an additional shipping charge for the orders?

Nope. Shipping is absolutely FREE on all domestic orders.
